It is one of the most commonly used obesity surgeries in these days. In this surgery, the stomach is made into a thin, long tube. The small intestine, on the other hand, is about 200cm away from where it is attached to the stomach, and the newly created tube is added to the stomach.

After cutting, the available stomach volume is about 80cc. The other part remains in the patient’s abdomen. After surgery our patient can eat a very small amount of food. 24-48 hours after the surgery, juicy food is started. Usually 3rd day she/he could be released on the day. Because it is applied with laparoscopic method, the patient is able to perform his/her daily work when discharged.
